CIAAG joined Free2Care's campaign to gather public comment regarding the Department of Health and Services proposed rule change to the Safe Harbor that allows GPOs to conduct business with kickbacks. This change will eliminate the ability 0f GPOs to hide behind the Safe Harbor and will increase quality healthcare access and choice, lower costs, and increase competition and innovation in the hospital supply chain.
